中国生物发酵产业协会简介

中国生物发酵产业协会,英文:China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association,英文缩写:CBFIA,前身是中国发酵工业协会,经国家民政部于19901月批准成立,20113月,根据行业发展需要,经国家民政部批准,更名为中国生物发酵产业协会。中国生物发酵产业协会是由应用现代生物技术的发酵生产企业及科研院校等相关单位自愿参加,共同组成的全国性非盈利性社会组织,是跨地区、跨部门、不分所有制形式的全行业组织,是会员利益的共同代表,是具有独立法人资格的社会团体。

中国生物发酵产业协会在政府主管部门的指导和企业的支持下,发挥桥梁和纽带作用,接受政府委托,反映行业愿望与要求,搞好行业管理,促进行业自律,推动全行业健康快速发展。

生物产业是国家重点支持的战略性新兴产业,中国生物发酵产业协会将致力于提高全行业整体创新能力、转变生产方式、优化产业结构,淘汰落后产能,促进产业升级,进一步加快节能减排、资源综合利用步伐,推动资源节约型、环境友好型企业建设。为此,中国生物发酵产业协会愿意与世界各地的相关行业组织、生产企业以及科研机构等取得广泛联系,开展技术交流与合作,增进相互了解,创造商贸机会,为建设生物制造强国而共同努力奋斗。

目前中国生物发酵产业协会下设氨基酸分会、有机酸分会、淀粉糖分会、多元醇分会、酶制剂分会、酵母分会、功能发酵制品分会及发酵工程技术工作委员会。随着产业规模的不断扩大和延伸,为了更好的服务行业,今后,中国生物发酵产业协会还将根据社会和行业发展的需要,适时调整内设机构。

 

中国生物发酵产业协会主要职能:

1、    认真践行科学发展观,根据党和国家经济建设的任务,结合行业特点和具体情况,积极宣传和贯彻党和国家有关方针和政策。

2、    受政府有关部门委托,提出行业发展计划,技术经济政策、经济立法等方面的建议;参于制定与修订有关产品的国家标准;帮助会员企业提高产品质量和管理水平。

3、    与政府有关部门积极沟通、协商,承担政府有关部门委托的科研及技术创新项目的组织管理工作。

4、    对行业和企业的情况进行调查和整理;了解收集国内外同行业产品的技术经济情况、市场动向和发展趋势;研究行业的发展动态。

5、    推动全行业多种形式的联合、促进企业经营管理水平的提高。

6、    推动部门、地区、行业、企业之间的横向联系,促进本行业和相关行业的协调发展。

7、    组织推广应用与生物发酵工业相关的新工艺、新技术、新设备、新材料、新包装,开发新产品、调整产品结构;提高原材料综合利用率,降低能耗、水耗,减少污染物排放,推进清洁生产。

8、    在对外贸易、利用外资、引进技术设备等方面沟通信息、提供咨询;组织行业国内外技术交流、出国考察,邀请和接待国外来访、与国际有关机构建立联系、参加国际会议、国内外展销等。

9、    开展咨询服务、提供国内外技术经济情况和市场信息,沟通行业情况,组织技术培训,促进人才交流;组织有关国内外座谈、研讨、技术评价等会议,编写全行业的技术、经济资料、出版刊物等。

10、接受政府和社会团体委托,积极承接和开展有益于行业发展的其它有关业务。

淀粉酶、糖化酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶、异构酶、脂肪酶、β-葡聚糖酶、果胶酶、木聚糖酶、复合酶制剂等。

淀粉糖分会

葡萄糖(浆)、麦芽糖(浆)、果葡糖浆、果糖、麦芽糊精、淀粉、玉米油、玉米蛋白粉、蛋白饲料等淀粉、淀粉糖品衍生物及玉米深加工副产品。

多元醇分会

山梨醇、木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、甘露醇、赤藓糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、阿拉伯糖醇、氢化淀粉糖浆、乙二醇、丙二醇等糖醇、生物化工醇及其衍生物。

酵母分会

面包酵母、酿酒酵母、药用酵母、饲料酵母、营养酵母、酵母抽提物等酵母制品。

有机酸分会

柠檬酸(一水、无水)及其盐类、葡萄糖酸及其盐类、乳酸、衣康酸、酒石酸、长链二元酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、丙酮酸、脂肪酸等生物发酵有机酸及其衍生物

氨基酸分会

谷氨酸(味精系列)、赖氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、精氨酸、苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、天门冬氨酸及支链氨基酸等各种氨基酸及其衍生物。

功能发酵制品分会

低聚糖、红曲色素、微生物多糖、多不饱和脂肪酸、活性肽、天然抗氧化剂等功能发酵制品。

发酵工程技术工作委员会

申报国家项目、寻找合作项目、披露行业信息、提供政策咨询、促进科技创新、技术转移、成果转化和应用。

装备与环保分会

制订行业环保发展规划、组织环保培训、环保核查、现场交流会、推广新产品、新技术等。

微生物育种分会

制订微生物育种技术规范、发展规划、相关标准、建立协同创新、专业培训平台等

酵素分会

制订酵素行业技术规范、发展规划、组织制订和实施相关标准、建立酵素菌种筛选与优化、开展国际交流等

 

Introduction to China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association

China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association with the abbreviation of CBFIA is formerly known as China Fermentation Industry Association and it was approved to be established by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in January 1990. To meet the needs of industry development, it was renamed as China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association in March 2011 with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association is a national non-profit social organization composed of relevant units such as fermentation production enterprises utilizing modern biotechnologies, research institutes, colleges.. It is a trans-regional and cross-sectoral organization of the entire industry where the ownership forms are shared by all the members. It jointly represents the interests of the members and is a social group with independent legal personality. 

Under the guidance of the government and support of the enterprises, China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association acts as a bridge and link to accept the consignment from the government to reflect the industrial desires and requirements and do well in the industry management so as to promote the self-discipline in the industry and propel the sound and fast development of the entire industry. 

Bio-industry is an emerging industry of strategic importance the state gives full support to China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association will be dedicated to improving the overall innovation capacity of the entire industry, changing the production mode, optimizing the industrial structure, eliminating the backward production capacity, promoting industry upgrading, accelerating energy conservation and emission reduction comprehensive utilization of resources and propelling the construction of the resource-saving and environment-friendly enterprises. Therefore,  China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association is willing to make extensive contact with relevant industrial organizations, production enterprises, research institutes and colleges around the world to conduct technical exchanges and cooperation and to promote mutual understanding, create business opportunities and make concerted efforts to build China into a powerful biological manufacturing country. 

At present, China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association has amino acid branch, organic acids branch, starch sugar branch, polyhydric alcohols branch, enzyme preparations branch, yeast branch, functional fermentation preparations branch and the Fermentation Engineering Technical Committee. With the scale of fermentaion industry continuously expanding and extending, China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association will also adjust its internal institutions timely according to the needs of the social and industrial development in the future to better serve the industry.

Main Functions of  China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association

1.                  Carrying out the scientific outlook on development seriously; according to the tasks of the Party and national economic construction and combing the industry characteristics and specific circumstances, actively publicizing and implementing related principles and policies of the Party and state. 

2.                  Accepting the consignment from related departments of the government, making suggestions for industry development plans, technical and economic policies, economic legislation, etc.; participating in establishing and revising the national standard of related products; helping the member companies improve the product quality and management level.

3.                  Actively communicating and consulting with related departments of the government and undertaking the organization and management work of research and technological innovation projects commissioned by related departments of the government.

4.                  Investigating and collecting the situations of the industry and enterprises; understanding and collecting the technical and economic conditions, market trends and development tendency of the products in the same industry at home and abroad; researching the development trends of the industry.

5.                  Propelling the diversified forms of association of the entire industry and promoting the improvement of the enterprise operation and management level.

6.                  Propelling the lateral linkage between departments, regions, industries and enterprises and promoting the coordinated development of the industry and related industries.

7.                  Organizing the popularization and application of new processes, new technologies, new equipments, new materials and new package related to the biological fermentation industry, developing new products and adjusting product structure; improving the comprehensive utilization rate of the raw materials, decreasing the energy and water consumption, reducing pollutant emission and propelling cleaner production.

8.                  Communicating information and offering consultation on foreign trade, utilization of foreign investment, introducing technologies and equipments, etc.; organizing domestic and international technical exchanges of the industry and investigation trip abroad, inviting and receiving foreign visitors, building relationship with related international organizations, attending international conferences and exhibitions at home and abroad, etc.

9.                  Promoting consulting service, providing technical and economic information at home and abroad as well as market information, communicating the situations of the industry, organizing technical training and promoting talents exchange; organizing relevant domestic and international symposia, seminars, technical evaluation meetings, etc., compiling the technical and economic data and publications of the entire industry, etc.

10.              Accepting the consignment from the government and social groups and actively undertaking and conducting other relevant business beneficial to the development of the industry.

Amino Acid Branch

Various amino acids such as glutamic acidmonosodium glutamate series,lysine, threonine, tryptophan, arginine, phenylalanine, glycine, aspartic acid, branched chain amino acid and their derivatives.

Organic Acids Branch

Bio-fermentation organic acids such as citric acidmonohydrate, anhydrousand its salts, gluconic acid and its salts, lactic acid, itaconic acid, tartaric acid, long chain dicarboxylic acid, succinic acid, malic acid, pyruvic acid, fatty acid, etc. and their derivatives.

Starch Sugar Branch

Starch, starch sugar product derivatives and byproducts of corn processing such as glucosesyrup,maltosesyrup,high fructose corn syrup, fructose, maltodextrin, , starch, maize oil, corn gluten meal, protein feed, etc.
